  • How do I know if I need a new roof?

Sometimes, the answer is clear – either the roof has collapsed, animals are in the attic, you’ve experienced hail, wind, or other storm damage. Beyond obvious damage, the two variables to primarily consider are the age of the roof + current condition. A few examples:

    • A shingle roof is 12-15+ years old with fading
    • Missing shingles
    • Experiencing leaks
    • Experiencing ice dams
  • How much does a roof estimate/inspection cost?

We offer free estimates and insurance claim inspections for all our services such as roofing, siding, gutter and downspout, window, and exterior door installation.

  • How long does it take to install a new roof?

Typically, a roof replacement takes 1-3 days. Some variables to consider include:

    1. Material availability
    2. Size of the roof
    3. Weather conditions
    4. If there are any repairs needed to the sheathing and/or dimensional lumber
  • How long does a project take to complete from start to finish?

Typically, from the time you choose the material your project will be completed within 2 weeks (weather pending).

  • Do you offer financing?

Yes, we can help you get financing for your project but can also help negotiate your deductible with rates as low as 0%.

  • Do we have to wait till my first check is endorsed to start building?

No, we do not need to wait. Our ultimate priority is to ensure your home is protected and peace of mind is restored.

  • When is the best time of year to replace my roof?

Roof replacement does not have a specific season, such as cleaning out gutters before and after winter storms. That said, roofing materials are sometimes less expensive in late fall and winter, but there is no guarantee. If your roof has suffered damage or is in such disrepair causing other problems for your home, we recommend replacing your roof right away.

  • How long should a roof last?

Typically, asphalt shingle roofs last 12-15 years and architectural shingle roofs last up to 30 years. Factors affecting the lifespan of a roof include:

    • Quality of initial installation
    • Weather conditions
    • Ongoing maintenance
    • Timely repairs
